What we can actually make, in the sizes we actually hold tooling for. Seven capsule sizes, fourteen tablet tooling sets, powder, and six packaging lines — every dimension on this page comes from our own production records, and the capsules and tablets are shown at true scale.
We run the complete standard shell series. There is no size in this range we have to turn away, so the conversation with a customer is never “can you?” — it's “which one fits your dose?”
Size 00 is the default quote. Read the millimetre axis rather than the name: customers who ask for “a big capsule” almost always mean a 00, and customers who say “something easy to swallow” mean a 1 or smaller.
| Size | Closed length | Outer diameter | Volume | Fill weight | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 000 | 26.1 mm | 9.91 mm | 1.37 mL | 822–1,644 mg | Highest single-capsule dose |
| 00 | 23.4 mm | 8.53 mm | 0.90 mL | 540–1,080 mg | Default quote |
| 0 | 21.6 mm | 7.65 mm | 0.68 mL | 408–816 mg | General purpose |
| 1 | 19.4 mm | 6.91 mm | 0.48 mL | 288–576 mg | Easier swallow |
| 2 | 17.6 mm | 6.35 mm | 0.36 mL | 216–432 mg | Potent actives |
| 3 | 15.7 mm | 5.83 mm | 0.27 mL | 162–324 mg | Low dose |
| 4 | 14.3 mm | 5.32 mm | 0.20 mL | 120–240 mg | Smallest we run |
Each set is a punch and die we already own, identified by the same Set number production uses. Quote a Set number and the plant knows exactly what you sold — no drawings, no back-and-forth.
Three shapes across the range: round from 9.5 to 25 mm, oval and capsule-shaped from 17 to 23 mm long. Set 14, the 25 mm round, is the largest face we press.

| Set 3 | Oval | 23.0 × 10.0 | 0.906 × 0.394 | Longest oval |

Blended and filled to a target weight, then sealed into a stick or a pouch. This is the route for anything too large to be a sensible capsule — collagen, protein, creatine, electrolytes, greens. The packaging envelope in the next section is what sets the practical fill ceiling, so quote the pack before you quote the dose.
Two families. A stick pack is 24.3 mm wide and 100 to 155 mm long — the width is fixed by the machine, only the length varies. A pouch runs from 76.2 × 76.2 mm at the small end to 130 × 180 mm at the large end.
The shop shorthand of “3 × 3” and “5 × 7” is inches, not centimetres: 3 × 3 is the 76.2 mm pouch, 5 × 7 is the 130 × 180 mm pouch. Use millimetres with customers; the inch numbers are rounded internally and will not match a caliper.
Six packaging lines. The number a customer cares about is usually the third column — and the stick line is the outlier, running ten lanes at up to 300 sticks a minute, an order of magnitude faster than anything else on the floor.
Two lines fill a multi-product pack: the pre-made pouch machines take up to 5 different capsules or tablets in one pouch, and the twin-pouch line takes up to 7. That is the constraint to check before promising a daily-regimen pack.
| Line | Feed | Takes | Min pack | Max pack | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stick pack, 10-lane | Roll film | Powder, granules | 24.3 × 100 mm | 24.3 × 155 mm | 250–300 /min |
| Powder pouch 210D | Roll film | Powder | 76.2 × 76.2 mm | 100 × 180 mm | 50–60 /min |
| Counting pouch 210A ×2 | Pre-made pouch | Capsules, tablets — up to 5 products | 76.2 × 76.2 mm | 100 × 180 mm | 50–70 /min |
| Horizontal powder | Roll film | Powder | 76.2 × 76.2 mm | 130 × 180 mm | 20–25 /min |
| GP1000 twin pouch | Roll film | Capsules, tablets — up to 7 products | 76.2 × 76.2 mm | 152.4 × 76.2 mm | 15–25 /min |
| Vertical pouch | Roll film | Capsules, tablets — up to 5 products | 76.2 × 76.2 mm | 100 × 150 mm | 15–25 /min |

Answer with the two axes, not a list. Delivery format — capsule, tablet or powder. Pack — stick or pouch. Then the specifics that win the call: every capsule size 000 to 4, fourteen tablet tooling sets in house, six packaging lines. Ask what they're making; the format follows from the dose.
Ask for the shape and the two dimensions in millimetres, then check Figure 2. If it matches a set, say so and name the number — no tooling cost and no tooling lead time is a real advantage and most competitors can't say it on the call. If it doesn't match, don't improvise; take the spec back to production.
76.2 × 76.2 mm, which the plant calls 3 × 3. Say millimetres. The shop's inch shorthand is rounded and a customer measuring with a caliper will find it doesn't match.
Yes — up to 5 different capsules or tablets on the pre-made pouch lines, up to 7 on the twin-pouch line. Get the count of distinct items before you promise anything; that number, not the pack size, is the binding constraint.
Sticks run 250–300 a minute on ten lanes. Pouches run 15–70 a minute depending on the line. Quote these as machine rates and add that production confirms the schedule — never quote a delivery date off this page alone.
The figures on this page are product samples and presentation mockups, shot to the same rules the final photography will follow — no customer printing, 4E mark only, both ends of every range in frame. When the remaining shots are taken, four rules apply without exception.
No customer logo, brand name or artwork in any image. Our capability is the subject; their product is not ours to show.
Photograph packs face-down or back-to-camera so the printed face never reads. This is the default for every pack shot, not a fallback.
Where a pack needs a mark to look finished, apply the 4E house symbol — as the packs in Figures 3 and 4 do. Never retouch a customer's mark out; shoot a clean unit instead.
Both ends of every range in frame, with a scale reference in shot. The extremes are what a rep is asked about.
Three items left. Everything else on this page now traces to a production record.
